About the tour

Overview

Located mid way between Alice Springs and Uluru, enjoy a guided, Kings Canyon Private Tour in the Watarrka National Park. Hike and immerse yourself in the view from the Kings Canyon rim, with stunning walls soaring to over 270 metres above sea level.

You can hike to the top of the canyon to view the contrasting Garden of Eden below. Lush plants thrive along the line of the permanent rock pools. Part of the gorge is a sacred Aboriginal site. Kings Canyon is considered the botanically richest part of central Australia and is situated at the western end of the George Gill Range and sensational Kathleen Springs.

There are a variety of short walks in Watarrka National Park, Kings Canyon rim, South Wall return, Kings Creek and Kathleen Springs.
