Overview

Take a fast boat to some of the more unique regions of the Whitsundays on our Aboriginal cultural tour.

Explore the pristine region with a chance to see whales, native animals and so much plant diversity.

This is a fun filled day tour perfect for families and people who want to see more of the region with a twist.

This tour has a maximum of 6 people. As this vessel is only 6.5 meters, there is a chance of getting wet while cruising.

This unique aboriginal cultural tour explores the area with your own local indigenous guide. Learn about the culture and history of these island people. Visit a cave displaying some ancient aboriginal rock art and learn how to throw a traditional fishing spear. Be immersed in the rich diversity of the area whilst walking through rainforest abundant in bush tucker, a source of food and nutrition for the Ngaro people.

Day Tour

  • Tour starts at 9 am from Airlie beach or Shute harbour
  • Learn about the native Ngaro people
  • Arrive in a pristine beach area where you will start activities
  • Take a walk through the forest
