Overview
The low islands has so much to offer for a first-time visitor to the Great Barrier Reef. You have a chance to snorkel in a shallow coral reef system that gives you all the flavours of the outer reef but only an hour boat ride from the main land.
Low Isles is the ultimate destination for an inner reef adventure. It consists of two small coral cay islands and is surrounded by 150 different corals which houses sea turtles, hundreds of varieties of fish and you might even see a reef shark ( not dangerous). Having the Low isles so close to Port Douglas, you can choose to do a half day tour or a full day tour.
Explore the island and it’s historic past. Enjoy the pristine beach and dive through the water to a coral and fish sanctuary.
